Mackenzie WD Series boiler is a natural circulation membrane wall Bi-Drum water tube boiler and it is designed for biomass fired industrial power plant which requires high efficiency performance as well as uninterrupted continuous operation with lesser downtime for schedule maintenance. This type of boiler is usually generating steam to drive a condensing turbine to generate electricity for mill consumption and for processing purpose. It replaces conventional fossil fuel oil used to generate power in the remote palm oil mill that does not have grid power.
The boiler capacity can be ranging from 15 tph until 80 tph and operating at the pressure of 20 barg to 80 barg and at high superheater temperature up to 450°C.
